Venture Investment Partners, L.L.C. (VIP) creates and manages platforms for private equity funds, corporate development ventures and new enterprises. These platforms are the basis for forming General Partnerships with qualified individuals and firms.

VIP offers partnerships to exceptional and experienced business or financial executives. Our Partners are typically lawyers, accountants, financial planners/investment advisors, investment bankers, senior corporate executives, experienced management consultants or seasoned business owners.
We require the following skills and experience:
A minimum of five years in a profession or career focusing on business development and expansion, technology improvements and innovation, investment brokerage/analysis, capital formation techniques, mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital, real estate, or other investment and business matters.
High energy with a collaborative, flexible manner in dealing with people of different backgrounds, skills, perspectives and organizational loyalties; the ability to make deals work.
Personal traits which include a high level of commitment, strategic and tactical thinking, detail orientation, negotiation skills and quality control focus.
Well developed persuasive abilities that effectively sell ideas.
Communication skills which convey openness and honesty in large and small groups, as well as individual situations.
Listening skills that demonstrate an ability to accurately access the needs and expectations of investors, portfolio companies and partners.
Reasoned business maturity combined with sound management and decision-making ability.
Well developed personal organizational and planning skills and work habits.
